Our family started working on the production of garments and handicrafts already seven years ago. Finally we received our licence grantes in 2001 and officially opened our business. We started in the backyard of our house, had limited staff and built up our business with the help of our family’s experience and confidence. With the years we were able to apply our knowledge and experiece and our small company began to grow despite of the crisis which was caused by the Bali Bombings. Thus, we are very optimistic to produce and sell our producs in the future and to build up new customer relationships. We produce and sell garments, such as T-shirts and local Kebaya with embroideries as well as handicrafts such as aroma therapy and boxes made from recycled materials. Our garments vary in a multitude of colours and price ranges. We also provide other custom-made products, like handicrafts; also our handicrafts can be made after your wishes. We provide boxes in different designs at any size. The recycled paper is made by us. Our current market comprises customers from the USA and from some European countries, such as Germany, Netherlands and France. Within Indonesia we sell to Jakarta. My customers are business buyers only, the wholesalers and retailers under them are mostly local Balinese purchasing the Kebaya garments. They are interested in good design, high quality and good prices, which we provide. Long term customer’s relationships are very important for our business and to sustain these relationships we keep our customers informed about new designs and generally keep good information flows.
