Bali Asli was founded in 1991, when my husband and I started the business. We produce Preserves such as: range of jams, marmalade and jellies, chutneys, dried tomatoes and herb salts, also nut butter and soaps, such as: bath soap bars, transparent soap, liquid hand soap, multipurpose liquid soap, shampoo and pet shampoo. My husband was running strawberry, herb and organic vegetable gardens in West Java, long before we started this business. Strawberry jam was his first home industry activity which later on, developed into a wider range of preserves. We formalized this activity as a business venture when we moved to Bali.
