Facilitator Training with Peter Kowar from WIFI
- Train the Trainer -

Ten facilitators completed the facilitator training in April with Mr. Peter Kowar from WIFI and 9 facilitators remained in the program. Facilitators were trained to share their knowledge and experience with participating SMEs, assist the trainers from Europe in training sessions and bridge possible gaps between European assumptions and local realities. All facilitators were local Indonesians between the ages of 28 and 45 and either had export or small business experience.
