Fourth SME Training with Matthias Zacharnik from WIFI
Quality Management (QM) –

Mr. Matthias Zacharnik really kept the interest and attention of SME’s and scaled down his presentations to the experience and needs of the SMEs. 29 SME’s have been trained and four facilitators assisted in the trainings.
Visits to selected SME participants for auditing and learning about their conditions and processes were conducted during this training. This gave both trainer and other SMEs a chance to see first hand the conditions, facilities, and processes in typical Indonesian SME’s. The last training module also provided individual SME business plan mentoring.

What is a Quality Management System (QMS)?
Failures and Correction
Safety and work environment
The quality guru’s
3 dimensions of quality (Potential/Process/Product)
